Transfer Beach in Ladysmith British Columbia, was the perfect wedding location for these two to tie the knot!

When you live a three minute drive from a wedding venue, it is a definite perk of the job! I have spent many afternoons down at Transfer Beach exploring and enjoying the sunshine so was super stoked to be shooting so close to home… it’s under a five minutes drive to get there and there is always parking! After living in Vancouver for so long, I would always have to arrive at least 30 minutes early to make sure I could find parking.

I met Holly and Adam when we did their engagement session at Neck Point Park in Nanaimo. With them both being teachers, and myself having had worked for the Langley School Board previously, we had a lot in common and even more to chat about. They are such an insanely cute couple and were so lovely to work with! Happy first anniversary to them and I cannot wait to capture their next chapter in life!
