Normally in March on Vancouver Island the weather is pretty mild, so we went ahead and booked C&M’s engagement session. Fastforward to their sunset engagement photo session in Nanaimo BC; the wind was howling and it was exceptionally freezing but these two embraced it like champs. They had their sweet little pup in tow and were such a blast to work with!

A frequently asked question I get for engagement sessions is if they can change their outfits?! If so, how many outfit changes can they have?!  My answer is the same every time: “HELLS YES and as many as we can fit in… but I always recommend two or three!”  I always recommend that couples dress casually for half of their session and then to wear something a little bit dressier for their Save the Dates or Invitations!  Plus, it is nice to have a little bit of both and to get the most out of their engagment photo session.
