I have dreamed of photographing a winter wedding for as long as I can remember! When Mick and Laurel reached out to me I obviously jumped on the opportunity and anxiously awaited February! In our skype meeting they said they wanted a typical Canadian wedding, however all I could think was that in February in the lower mainland we normally get nothing but rain, rain, rain. A week before their wedding the lower mainland got a dump of snow and it just kept snowing and snowing.
